Weird, cooky neighborhood. Close to metro which was nice, but otherwise way out there. Feels more hostel than hotel. Rooms spacious enough and clean.

Convenient and clean

Quite convenient location if you have to go to Munich Messe. The only two issues: - the site mentions that the hotel offers a huge all you can eat Breakfast Buffet. Upon check-in, the lady said that it was not possible and that I have to go to the shopping mall (30 min walking distance, or one Metro stop away) - the walls seem to be made of cardboard and I could hear my neighbours shower, snor… and even other noices 😅

Very thin walls, you can hear people in other room. Bathroom smelled like urine. Enough beds for 6 people but all 6 beds in 1 room so kind of small compact unit. Clean room other than bathroom urine smell. No breakfast option or even free coffee/tea, need to pay 1 euro for that.

The room was as described. 5 beds and a private bathroom. There was one large window, but it was hard to cool Off the room without a fan or leaving the door open. The bedding and towels were clean. The bathroom shower curtain and grout were molding. Also the shower is a big step up and didn’t drain well leaving a slippery residue after a shower. Most of the other guests seemed to be workmen. They smoked and drank on the patio which wasn’t welcoming for a family.

Stay away from this horrible place. The non-smoking room had a horrible smoking smell. There was no airflow, the only way to get air in the room, and deal with the smoke smell, was to open the screenless window. The smoking area was just below the room, and that would lead to more smoke entering the room. Also, the room was clearly not cleaned before we arrived. It had two old, empty shampoo bottles from a previous person and the door was filthy dirty.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem industrie Gebiet .sehr unheimlich erster Eindruck. Ja für eine Nacht musste es ok sein. Wir als Familie waren auf Durchfahrt.

War ok aber, es nicht korrekt die Unterkunft as Hotel zu nennen. Es ist wie einer normal Unterkunft. Es kein Aufzug. Ich muss beide Kinderwagen hoch tragen. Aber für die Sicherheit das Konzept ist sehr sehr gut. Man möchte auch der Personal kennenlernen, laute der Personal am Empfang wir dürfen einfach gehen, wenn wir sollen.

Wir hatten zu viert ein 6-Personen Zimmer, davon abgesehen das dass Zimmer abnormal teuer war für eine Nacht, war es nicht sauber, im Hinterhof und die reinste Katastrophe. Vom Badezimmer möchte ich garnicht erst anfangen. Alles in einem überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist eine Absteige, eher eine Drogenunterkunft. Wir hatten ein Günstiges Hotel gesucht nur für die Druchreise, haben auch nicht viel erwartet, ABER blutglecken auf dem Boden, Badezimmer stank nach Urin, alles verstaubt und verdreckt, Flecken auf dem Boden im Badezimmer und um die Toilette herum, geputzt wird da nicht! ⚠️ NICHT BUCHEN, EGAL FÜR WELCHEN ZWECK ⚠️
