Overall good place

At first it was hard to find how to check-in. Finally find a lady who is responsible for it. Had smooth process since then. Close to S line to the center

Terrible that there was no staff, and that was not noted. We did not get a code and needed to call an emergency number. There was no Iron available. It was unclear how to pay.

Nie wieder - dennoch 195€ / Übernachtung

Etagenhotel unterster Kategorie! „Empfang“ nur eine Stunde geöffnet, „wortlos“ und ohne jeden Service. Keine Zimmerreinigung, leeres Duschzeug in verschimmelter Dusche… schlicht schlecht 👎

The receptionist was 20 minutes late to the 1pm check-in even though the website says someone is there from 6:30am. He was very rude and spoke down to everyone he interacted with. He was upset that i didn't speak German even though he spoke perfect english. Room was clean, though.

Leider waren wir enttäuscht

Zunächst mal die positiven Aspekte: die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und komfortabel. Nun zu den negativen Aspekten: im Zimmer war es richtig kalt (Februar), obwohl die Heizung an war. Zudem hatten wir keine schallisolierten Fenster (wie vom Hotel angegeben). Absolut negativ und unterirdisch war die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel! Wir haben das Frühstück mit dazu gebucht und wurden vom Hotel nicht darüber informiert, dass es wegen Corona zur Zeit kein Frühstück gibt. Zudem haben wir zum Check out überhaupt keine Informationen erhalten.... (check in läuft über keybox und kontaktlos) Also Service geht definitiv anders. Wirklich sehr schade...
