Staff here was very friendly. They had a good breakfast in the morning. The room was adequate but a little hot with lack of air conditioning. The block the hotel is on is ok, but don’t stray in the wrong direction with the family. There are multiple strip clubs on one block and saw a drug deal going on.

Perfect location to explore Munich.... Close to the central station...walking distance from Marienplatz Family room for 4....clean and comfortable Five stars to the staff...all were very hospitable and friendly....would return here just for their service alone.... All in all am good three star hotel in the heart of Munich perfect for families

Oktoberfest Stay

We visited for Oktoberfest and had a fantastic stay. Location is perfect just a short walk from the grounds and staff made us feel very comfortable and safe throughout the stay. Room was a little dated, but comparable to other rooms we’ve stayed in in Europe

This was the best hotel I’ve stayed in a while. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was very spacious and cute. The classic vibe was endearing and I would stay again as I loved the city as well and how walkable it was.

A good hotel

A good hotel that is near train stations and restaurants- the Mediterranean grill restaurant next door is fantastic! Rooms were ok - carpet looked like it needed a good clean Front desk staff were lovely and helpful Breakfast was good
