Great location in the heart of Munich. The room was a bit problematic, no elevator so always you have to climb up 1 floor. Rooms have no real windows just 2 windows at the top at 2-3meters hight. Shower has no door so you have to turn off the A/c

Big room. Convenient location on the plazza, but hard to reach by car. You have to park the car in the garage and walk with your suitcases. Entry a bit hard to find. On the 5th floor of a building. Shower was amazing. Breakfast was way overpriced. 8 euros for 4 teaspoons of fruit salad.

The staff was extremely pleasant!!. The view of the glockenspiel was very cool and we enjoyed the wine and pretzels while relaxing and observing the bustle in Marienplatz! Loved our view of the church from our room and enjoyed waking to church bells every morning. Location is fantastic!!

Location is amazing. Noisy at night from the plaza so you can’t open your windows to sleep so the room was really warm which made it hard to sleep. Also the bed was not comfortable in my opinion. Hard beds. Pillows were too soft. Very cool hotel. Loved it despite the bed and no air. I would stay here again due to location.
