"The staff were amazing. In particular a lady at the front desk (who's name I didn't get, sorry!). Really helped us navigate public transport and the city rather than paying the extraordinary taxi fares. Unfortunately, there was no bar/restaurant and the roof top area was closed with no facilities. ..."
