"It was unclear until we checked in that there wasn't a hotel restaurant but that it was a shared venue. At check-in we didn't receive any help with our luggage despite me being a solo mother with a young child. We repeatedly only received one face washer in the bathroom. I asked for an additional one on the second day but when the rooms were cleaned on the third day again we received only one face washer. No idea why!"

The staff for amazing always. Parking is incredibly easy and that’s not the case across Canberra. It’s clean and very, very comfortable."
