"The staff were great and did everything they could for us, language barrier was a slight problem. The rooms were amazing and clean. We didn't eat breakfast but it looked like continental, not a cooked breakfast but could be wrong as we didn't ask. The pool was to cold to swim in, but would of been great if warmer, it was clean aswell. The views were also amazing. We will definitely be staying again, but please make the pool warmer."

"Vi möttes av otroligt hjälpsamma och trevliga personer som också var ägare till hotellet. Hotellet låg i den mycket gamla stadsdelen med sina smala gator och flera hus var från 1100-talet. De kunde ordna med parkering men vi hittade en lugn plats på gatan utanför hotellet. Rummet var rymligt och mycket fräscht. Utsikten från rummet var över taknockarna på de historiska husen och det gamla anrika kyrktornet. Hotellet hade en fantastiskt härlig terrass med pool där vi tillbringade några timmar efter att ha promenerat i Gamla stan. Vi kan varmt rekommendera Hotel La Vera Cruz, och vi har ambitionen att komma tillbaka och besöka med vänner. "

"Good location, but not easy to find initially, front entrance on the side above a restaurant. Advertised with breakfast available, not the case, there is a cafe fronting the street where you can get food. A bonus that the hotel has on site parking, but anything other than a small family car, you would struggle to get in & out. Damage my car trying to access the lift to the street, due to not being able to get straight on to the car lift. The accommodation was 1st class, spacious, clean & comfortable."
