"Loved our stay. Superb staff and service. Onsen excellent with comfortable relaxation area. Very quiet with a view of ocean. Lounge was wonderful…everyone spent time there enjoying complimentary snack, beer (afternoon) and scotch etc in evening. Most were in their yukatas after visiting onsen. Only suggestion…rooms need updating and bathrooms. However they were clean and comfortable. "

"Besides it is hard to find the reception, everything is great. Service is excellent. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. I like there is a jacuzzi inside the room. I picked this hotel because it locates very close to the outlet. If you are not driving, it may not be the ideal location for you. "

"Lovely resort hotel . Our room was enormous, the
pool
was relaxing and breakfast was amazing - so much choice and all really fresh . It’s a bit out of the city but there are local buses and train on the doorstep and a free shuttle bus too. We came to see Fukuoka and have a rest from Tokyo . The hotel was great for both. Only downside for us was no vegetarian option at Dinner so we ate in Fukuoka . "

"This place was pretty nice. I used one of big rooms with many beds. It was bit cold and had to pay for the parking, but the parking lot was right behind of the hotel. There is a very good donkatsu restaurant next to the hotel. "
