The room was massive and not upto the mark. The staff was unprofessional. The Breakfast taste is unpredictable. Night there is no option for any transport. The staff are illiterate.
Disappointing Stay at Hotel Everest Residency
My recent stay at Hotel Everest Residency was unfortunately quite disappointing. While I wasn't expecting five-star luxury, several aspects fell short of even basic expectations, making for an uncomfortable experience.
First, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The floors felt gritty, and I found noticeable dust on surfaces. The bathroom, in particular, seemed to have been given only a cursory wipe-down, with some visible grime around the fixtures. This immediately made me question the overall hygiene standards of the hotel.
Furthermore, the amenities advertised were either non-existent or poorly maintained. The Wi-Fi was incredibly unreliable, constantly disconnecting or offering painfully slow speeds, making it impossible to get any work done or even browse properly. The air conditioning in my room was also erratic; it struggled to cool the room adequately and made a persistent rattling noise throughout the night, disrupting my sleep.
Finally, the staff seemed largely indifferent. While not rude, they weren't particularly helpful or welcoming. When I inquired about the Wi-Fi issue, I was met with a shrug and a generic "it's working" response. There was no real attempt to assist or resolve the problem.
Overall, Hotel Everest Residency failed to provide a comfortable or even adequately functional stay. I would not recommend it to others and will be looking for alternative accommodations on my next visit.
