"Casa Decu’s location in La Condesa is perfect — walking distance to amazing restaurants and Parque México, where people run, walk, and spend time with their dogs. The neighborhood feels very family-friendly and full of life. The staff were incredibly warm, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, and the double suite worked perfectly for our family since I was traveling with my two older sons. Having separate rooms made the stay much more comfortable for us. The hotel itself is stylish, hip, and beautifully designed. The rooftop area is especially relaxing, filled with plants and overlooking the beauty of La Condesa. It is also where they serve their delicious breakfast. One thing to note is that the hotel does not have an elevator, so you’ll be going up and down stairs often. I personally didn’t mind because I considered it part of my daily exercise, but it may not be ideal for everyone. The rooms also do not have air conditioning, though the fans they provided kept the room comfortable. Still, if you prefer a very cold room, this may not be the best fit for you. Overall, I truly loved staying at Casa Decu and would absolutely choose to stay here again."

"This is a nice mid-level hotel. The room had a nice view but was extremely loud due to being on one of the busiest streets in CDMX. The location is great. The gym is nice. Was disappointed that the body wash was empty. Overall I would say this is a 3-star hotel with limited services in a good location. "

"Todo el personal fue muy amable, desde la chica de recepción haciéndome el check in hasta la guardia que amablemente abre la entrada al hotel. La habitación bastante cómoda y limpia, todo lo que se necesita. La ubicación es muy buena. A menos de 2 minutos tienes la entrada al metro Chilpancingo. Tienes unos tacos para comer a cualquier hora saliendo del hotel. Una caminata de unos 10 min para llegar a parque México. Me encantó. Bastante útil si vas a un concierto al foro GNP. El metro que tienes ahí llega directo y en 20 min ya estás en el foro"

"Spacious comfortable room. Didn’t hear any noise at night, and was able to sleep well each night. Bed was comfy and AC/fan unit functioned well. Showers had strong water pressure and hot water. However the bathroom would occasionally have a strong rotten egg odor, but this was not consistent and there was not a predictable pattern of when it would come on - I read this in many reviews, so I was not shocked to experience it. Having the kitchenette was very convenient. Common area terrace was a gorgeous place for my friend to take some remote work meetings. The location seemed to be on a quiet street, but still walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, and bars, and I felt safe even walking late at night. Appreciate the 24/7 security and the convenience of being able to message reception via app. I was surprised to see housekeeping service came with a fee, but we only stayed 6 nights so we had enough towels and just went down to reception to get toilet paper, and were able to change our own trash. Overall, was a great and comfortable stay, and would recommend. "

"The location was on point, close enough to the good spots without the noise of the party side of the city. The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was very attentive and answered to my concerns very quickly, great communication! I only wished that the bathroom had shampoo and conditioner like every other Airbnb I had stayed. The amenities were great, however the pool was a bit dirty so I didn’t want to use it. Overall it was a great experience and I do recommend this place! :)"
