"Very nice small hotel. We arrived late in the evening and was greeted by the night portier. Everything went smothly. We booked just a few hours before arriving and was in touch with the hotel to receive very good service. Just around the corner there was a bakery to buy bread."

"A genuine shock - I managed to find this room available during a very busy time in Cologne (Gamescom). It was very well located and well-priced. Staff were attentive and helpful, room was quiet and clean, with aircon and amenities. A very comfortable stay."

"I booked the whole apartment as shown in my booking, however, when I arrived, I only got the living room for my whole family. they have sold the bedroom to another people. "Cleanliness was a real issue. Disgusting false eyelash stuck on the quilt. Carpet and window sills not clean. No staff or reception when corporate card didn’t work. No facilities beyond room."

"Clean and spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location."

"Close to transport and restaurants. Staff only available within certain hour of the day. Is a bit inconvenience but acceptable for the hotel rate."
