"I had a wonderful stay at the Taj hotel near Kochi Airport. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. A special thanks to Miss Zeba at the reception. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions, guided me through everything I needed to know, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Her warm and welcoming attitude made a great first impression and truly enhanced my overall experience. The room itself was outstanding—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and felt very luxurious. Everything was well maintained, neatly arranged, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail and the high standard of cleanliness really stood out. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service near Kochi Airport.
