"They gave us all only 1 towel each. When we asked for more towels, they told us they don't give out more towels because people steal them. We asked them for soap and tissues because they gave us the leftovers of the guests before us, and they didn't seem too happy to do it. Checkout online says 10:00 but they wanted us to leave at 9 because they said other guests are coming and might arrive while we are still there. So weird and rude! "The keeper at property will ask for extra money for non sense things! The reservation changed in last minute while driving there so I had to take whatever option available! The deal I paid for includes heated pool but on arrival i paid 35$ just for the heated pool cash! Pool remained cold! The owner so nice and available but the keeper was annoying! "
