"The view from our room was wonderful. The restaurant on the 17th fl was over-priced, but there were no other options within reasonable distance. I had pre-paid for breakfast, but still got charged when it was brought to the room. Not a good experience."
"The staff members were all very polite and extremely helpful (arranging taxis, lending out a phone charger, extra towels, barista service).
The hotel was within walking distance of many museums, countless restaurants and shops. All in all, a very good location.
The rooms were small, but quiet, comfortable and clean. "
"Hotel is an old building that has been remodeled. Clean but very very minimal. Ok for a quick stay, but I would not vacation here. Location is sketchy. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was authentic and tasty. It was fine but glad we were only there one night. "
"The room is overpriced. The are no amenities at this hotel, and the room is very small, with a ledge on a wall at the foot of the bed that is easy to bump into when you try to move in the room. The property itself is unappealing in appearance. The airport shuttle is overly crowded, and when Ibis uses a local bus for transport to the airport, there is virtually no room to place your luggage, so people place their luggage in the aisles and on seats next to theirs, making it very difficult for other passengers to board the bus or safely stand while the bus is in motion if they are lucky enough to find room on the bus."
"This hotel has clearly seen better days. It looks dated, including reception, rooms, furniture and carpet. The one plus point is the shuttle bus from/to airport and relative closeness to it. It also has 2 restaurants and a bar which is not that common in Ibis. The shuttle bus is large but also needs some reburshiment."
"Perfect location. Excellent concierge Chadid, front desk and breakfast staff. Room was small but clean and well appointed. Lights were a bit complicated (bath light only at entrance door). But all in all a great stay. "
