The hotel is brand new and rooms are spacious and very premium. All the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We requested a late checkout and it was immediately accommodated. Definitely staying there whenever we go to Bahrain

The hotel and the area is still new.. the adults pool wasn’t ready yet. The mall adjacent to the hotel was still 60% not yet open. Other than that the hotel was nice, clean and kids friendly.

Very comfortable and luxurious stay

Amazing new hotel which is just over 1 year old from the Address brand. The price is probably prohibitive for most people, hence low occupancy. They need to market it more and increase the occupancy to make the services sustainable. Otherwise perfect stay for a family with helpful staff. The quality of furnishings and attention to detail for accessories is immaculate, nothing less expected from a high-end 5 star hotel/resort. Highly recommended.

The hotel was clean and facilities new and well maintained. The dining options were limited, and the mall next door didn’t have many restaurant options either, so I’d plan for this if booking. Wait staff bounced us around a lot and it took a long time to meet requests, though eventually they were met. Overall would recommend.

Amazing 6 day stay.

This was my 1st trip to Bahrain and wow, it was worth it. The Address Beach Hotel was amazing. The staff are so polite, helpful caring and interested in you and your stay. There is nothing they won’t try to do to make your stay wonderful. Early email communication was fast and effective. Pool and beach towels provided. Sun lotion and free water outside and in the room. No need to bring shower/bath/hair goods - they are all provided. Lovely little free snacks during the day. Amazing buffet breakfast to fill up on. Got a late check out and use of all fabulous facilities for the whole day, inc showers, towels and changing rooms. My son and I are very thankful to ALL the staff for their care for us during our 6 day visit.

During my recent visit to the Address Hotel in Bahrain, I spent three days exploring its luxurious premises. While it was evident that the management had made efforts to ensure a high level of performance, I couldn't help but feel that the hotel lacked character and personality. One of the worst aspects of my experience was the cheap mattress provided in the room. It failed to provide adequate support for my back and hindered a good night's sleep. Additionally, the air conditioning system was terribly inefficient, leaving the room uncomfortably hot and stuffy. In addition to the lack of character and personality, it was evident that some of the amenities at the Hotel were not fully developed. For instance, the swimming pool area left much to be desired. The pool itself was small and lacked the grandeur and allure one would expect from a luxury hotel. Similarly, the beach area was artificial; it lacked natural feeling. These shortcomings in the development of key amenities detracted from the overall experience and left me feeling disappointed by the missed opportunities to provide reasonable leisure. This Hotel is not recommended for any tourists other than those from surrounding neighboring countries.
