"We walked in and were ignored by reception as they carried on their conversation, once finished they served us. The person who served us didn’t tell us about any of the amenities, just room number and go.
Walked into our room and there was a dead spider in the middle of the room, and the ensuite walls/floor were wet.
The breakfast was included we didn’t go again after the first day as the eggs were sloppy, bacon was not cooked and it was cold, the sausage were raw and the fruit looked like it had been out for a week as it was all squished and discoloured….the breakfast looks nothing like the pictures. It definitely wasn’t a buffet, there were no options besides what I have mentioned. The room itself also lacked any sort of charm or ambiance.
It’s right next to the highway and you soon find that out as you hear traffic all day/night.
It’s such a shame as it does look so lovely in its pictures."
