"This is a loverly beach front resort in a peaceful quiet area of Kao Lak. The staff are very friendly and helpful, giving any assistance required. There is a travel desk in the foyer to book outside trips or arrange extra actives. The restaurant and it's staff are all excellent and the food great. There are 2 bars with afternoon happy hours serving cocktails and beers. 2 very nice pools - one beachfront the other next to the small onsite supermarket. There is also a free shuttle bus running into the near part of town to get some local culture. The beach is loverly and clean and uncrowded, but suffering some erosion from high tides. Good local attractions make up for its distance from the main areas of Phuket."

"From arrival my experience at this resort has been superb. You are warmly greeted in Reception on arrival and each day when in contact with them. They are very helpful advising on excursions and where to go. I did the Thai cooking three-course meal which was a great experience. Would highly recommend for guest to take part in this.The staff at this hotel are amazing and genuinely friendly, you are made to feel special in every way.The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Very spacious. The food and choice of drinks are excellent. Overall I cannot fault this hotel as it is exceptional and great value for money. My seaview room with balcony was spacious with lovely bathroom I wished I had booked for longer but will be returning"
