"Although I had notified Serena Head office of my garlic allergy, Serena Lake Manyara. did not know on arrival. The chef prepared me a separate meal which was excellent. We were invited back for lunch on our return journey to prove that the food could be prepared. We were treated to a special location, excellent food to address the earlier problem. I cannot fault the staff in their desire to remedy the situation and give us a good experience overall. "

Super cozy as the weather was cold. Each suite had 2 fireplaces - very spacious with a great terrace. We are surely coming back to this one!"
