El lugar es precioso, rodeado de naturaleza, tranquilo y perfecto para desconectarse y disfrutar en familia. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, la piscina espectacular y las vistas y la vegetación hacen que realmente sientas que estás en un lugar diferente. También disfrutamos mucho la comida y, sobre todo, la amabilidad de las personas que trabajan allí. Siempre fueron atentos con nosotros y nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos. Viajamos en familia y nos llevamos recuerdos muy bonitos de nuestra estadía. Definitivamente fue uno de esos lugares que forman parte de la experiencia del viaje, no simplemente un hotel donde dormir. Gracias, TreeCasa, por hacernos sentir tan bien recibidos. "The place is beautiful, and the sights are amazing. I especially loved the incredible view of the volcano. However, what I didn’t like was the bathroom. The electrical box is placed in a location where, every time we take a shower, the handle gives us an electric shock. This is very concerning and should be addressed for the safety of the guests. The place is beautiful, and the views are amazing. I especially loved the beautiful view of the volcano. However, there is a serious safety concern with the bathroom. The electrical panel and electrical wiring are installed inside the bathroom, very close to the shower. Every time we took a shower, we could feel electricity coming through the shower handle. This was very concerning and made us feel unsafe. I strongly recommend that the electrical system be inspected and repaired by a qualified electrician before other guests use the bathroom. For your safety, I would avoid using that shower until the electrical issue has been checked. Feeling electricity through a shower fixture can indicate a dangerous electrical fault."
