"Good value bed for the night "

"Good hotel , clean and comfortable room , comfy bed , nice bar area , pizzas in restaurant very good . Only thing missing is extra pillows for bed . Only two supplied for double bed . "

"The parking wasn't available, even though I had asked for a reservation, I could not have access as I arrived after 18h and the reception desk was closed. I had no help from the call center, nor by email, phone or chat. The reception desk was always closed. The swimming pool was closed also, the water was cold and and the heat system seemed broken long time ago. I'll never come back here. Very poor attention to customers. "

"Very central hotel with parking only a couple minutes walk to the city centre. Friendly and helpful stay, lobby and breakfast room very nice, good quality breakfast. We had a room in a separate building opposite reception, comfortable, no frills room, great for overnight stay. Would definitely return if visiting Poitiers again "

"The room was spartan, not up to ibis rooms elsewhere, the bathroom not properly cleaned and a toilet in a ridiculous position. It maybe old but the bathroom needed to be a lot cleaner, not a memorable stay "
