"The check-in process was quick and easy. Our hotel room was decent. The pool looked nice, although we didn't grt a chance to use it. The staff were all very friendly. Only a few small issues: no ice bucket, no counter space in the bathroom, the toilet is small, no Do Not Disturb sign to put on door, and our TV remote stopped working on the last day. If you're looking for a no nonsense room with very basic amenities close to downtown, this place is fine and the price is right."

"The cabin was very large and comfortable with living area, dining and kitchen. King size bed in the bedroom and a loft with kid area,and bed, although I didn't go up there. Fireplace in the living room and bedroom. You're fairly far into the canyon, which is quite a beautiful drive. But not great if you're wanting to go back/forth into town. There's a sizeable deck with tables and chairs out the living room that wraps around to the bedroom. It's quite a clean and comfortable place. You get an assigned parking spot right outside your cabin, very convenient. My phone/internet worked perfectly. Next time I would get a creek view with hot tub! The creek was a short walk away."

"Beautiful resort style property so much space. 1.5 mile nature trail/walk for the nature lovers and amazing poolside amenities with a HUGE playground for kiddos next to it. Restaurant was beautiful and the outdoor scenery was incredible. Will definitely be back!!!"

"The rooms are standard but clean and functional with a cool retro look. The property has fantastic amenities, like a game room pool jacuzzi. Fire pits coffee bar bar and an excellent kitchen. What makes this property extra special is the staff.In my 54 years I have never received service that was so above and beyond we will be staying here every time we are in Flagstaff"
