From the moment we arrived the service was impeccable and every staff member was warm attentive and genuinely courteous. What really stood out was the treatment of my dog. They went above and beyond to make him feel welcome and comfortable which means everything to me as a pet owner. This is true pet friendly hospitality done right. The hotel itself was spotless beautifully maintained and thoughtfully run. You can tell there is real pride in the level of service and care provided. "We had to check out of another hotel due to noise issues. Walked into this hotel hoping for a room.Kristy was very friendly and sympathetic. She found us a room and allowed us to check in early to make things easier for us. Our room was clean, and thankfully, quiet. The rest of the staff we interacted with were friendly and breakfast was excellent. Kristy saved our vacation and we are very thankful. We will stay here again."

"The room and bathroom were very clean and the only slight negative was the fact that the HVAC unit could not be controlled easily by the guest and appeared to eb pre-programmed with no local control at the unit below the window. It was cold during our stay and we could not warm the room up in the slightest. The parking was fine with re-entry possible only at the front entrance which was OK and makes sense for security. Our view was of the adjacent buildings rooftop and not appealing, so if that is important, you should ask before booking. It didn't bother us. The property is not conducive to walking around Asheville, but the location was otherwise convenient. Finally, we don't usually opt for "breakfast" other than coffee, or maybe some fruit, yogurt or a muffin, but it is available and the food looked to be fresh and of good quality. Overall, we felt it was a great value for the money."
