"I loved that they had breakfast included. Lots of variety for the food as well. Clean. Friendly. Good experience."

"No elevator to second floor. Stair carpet very stained and hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. Tried a bowl of cereal in breakfast room and it was stale, juice machine out of order. Featured pool is closed and appeared to have been closed for some time. Room was clean but stained carpet. Located right next to freeway- very noisy all night."

"You advertise a pool & hot tub. The pool was so dirty it had two ducks swimming in it. The hot tub was dirty with leaves & stuff. That was disappointing. However, when the TV didn't work, someone came to fix it within minutes. When we couldn't figure out the shower, someone was there right now! The counter people were very nice when I told them they had vagrants hanging out in an alcove. She went right out & made them leave. So, although the hotel needs some refurbishing, you staff made our stay very comfortable. I must say, your staff was the best thing about your hotel."

"Staff needs training in what a wash cloth is. I asked for two additional wash cloths and the young man at the desk brought out two bath mats. I said no a wash cloth is smaller than that, so he came back with two gand towels and it took too much energy to send back again and his line at that time had gone from zero to three people. The next night housekeeper came and gave me two wash cloths when asked. She was sweet and asked if there anything else."

"Room was gross and smelled funny. Front desk was all attitude and acted like I was interrupting her show, which was blasting in the other room. Decided to eat the costs and got another Hotel. Don’t bring a truck and trailer there’s not enough parking. Water and trash juices were flowing from their dumpster into the middle of the parking lot. Overall just a poor experience"
