"Decent hotel. Bathroom was a bit old looking with mold around the caulk and the clock was wrong by 3 hours , but otherwise it was clean and warm."

"Staff friendly, helpful. Cabin was clean. Comfortable double beds. The 2x adults using the bunk beds found the plastic undercovers unpleasant & uncomfortable. Hairdryer was a welcome convenience."

"The room was immaculate. It had everything you would need including an airfryer. The bed was super comfy and the towels were all embroidered..lots of little touches that make this property somewhere perfect to staff. Every staff member I spoke to was wonderful and very friendly. There is a free laundry which was helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and wish more hotels were this good. "

"Bathroom was contaminated with fungus because fungus grows so fast under handwashing sink. So I and my wife were afraid to go into the bathroom. Hotel name values are not matched with the reality of room."

"Needed a quilt on my bed as it only had a sheet so I was happy to receive a quilt and blanket. Heap pump is there but I dont use a heat pump. Staff are excellent, Room service excellent, highly recommend Tom Yum Prawns. Great hospitality. Booked for next month and a few of other Students have changed accommodation to Waiora so that's Word."
