"My room was immaculate. I was pleasantly surprised with all the amenities, including a refrigerator and microwave. The only thing that I would have liked to have was a robe hook on the bathroom door. Other than that it was perfect !"

"There are minimal staff, so it really is a very limited service inn. But for the price that you pay, the very quaint atmosphere, and the gorgeous surroundings, it is a great place at a great value. Plus, there is a nice pub next-door within walking distance that does lots of fun activities at night like karaoke, trivia, and live music."

"We loved our stay at the Inn at Pleasant Lake. The location is in a beautiful and quiet spot with access to the lake. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend."

"The Shaker museum was beautiful and the room was comfortable in clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. Two things the property could do to make the stays even better: make it clear that there’s no elevator to rooms. The staff is incredibly helpful bringing things upstairs, but they’re not around 24/7. Second, coffee in the rooms would be *greatly* appreciated. On an early Sunday morning, I had to drive across the bridge to Dunkin’ because nothing else was open. I understand wanting to keep the historic charm of the property, but small keurig machines would go a long way!"
