Good price and location not too far from Christchurch botanical gardens and nice restaurants (30 min walk). Cheerful owner. Facilities were "meh." Terrible washing machines and dryers!

Stayed at this property for Electric Avenue festival. Is it very close to Hagley park (a few minutes walk). The first thing we noticed when walking into the room was how clean the place was. The people who run the motel are very friendly and up for a chat, the lady even walked us to our room to show us where it was! never had service like that before. We asked if we could do a slightly later check out for a fee, which they happily agreed too as well.

What a gem of a place ! We stayed in the two-bedroom unit which also had a large living room and a wonderful kitchen. For the price I thought it was excellent . Highly recommend .
