"The location is very convenient and near to Minatomirai station about 5 mins walk. The hotel staffs are friendly and our room is very clean and our bathroom and balcony with a wonderful view of the ferry wheel. The hotel have a direct limousine bus to Narita International Airport too which is very convenient. I will stay at this hotel again if I visit Yokohama. "

"We had a nice little stay. My kids enjoyed the pool table and the private onsen. We slept Japanese style on the floor with a family of 5. We didn’t have any issues. We enjoyed some adult beverages as well as ate dinner. Dinner is nothing special but it was perfect for us. The staff were amazingly friendly and even spoke English to us. We would for sure stay again! There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel. It about a 15 min bus ride to the Ropeway. It’s also 10 min drive from Yunessun where we stopped on our way home. "
