"WOW. We walked in and realized that there are security cameras everywhere and the fact that the caretaker was to stay with us is not advertised at all. We didnt feel comfortable so we just left.. the worst part? Hotels.com was never able to reach the manager, so we never got refunded for the money. we did NOT stay here, so i would think twice before staying here. "Excellent and very accommodating staff whether at reception, restaurants, concierge, etc. Top cuisine, room service, rooftop swimming pool, etc. The only thing I kindly ask the management to address is the limited and very slow internet speed everywhere in the hotel. Coverage and speed should be improved significantly. I still strongly recommend this hotel."
