"Staff was extraordinary in many ways"

"I loved my stay at Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada. My check-in was a little rough at first because my room was mixed up with my in-laws’ room and one of the keys wouldn’t open. However, the staff fixed everything quickly, and after that, it was smooth sailing. The room was perfect—very clean and comfortable—and they even had an extra bed ready for my son. The staff was amazing from check-in to check-out. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and fun, and I truly enjoyed interacting with them throughout our stay. A special shout-out to the Kids Club staff—they were incredible. I loved them, my son loved them, and they were absolutely wonderful with the kids. My son woke up every single day excited and ready to go to the Kids Club. The activities and itinerary were fantastic, especially the Christmas Eve celebration. I would definitely book this resort again with my family and highly recommend it."

"Location is just 50 meters from the hotels private beach access. Comfortable bed. Cozy balcony. Bathroom had no shampoo but I had mine so no problem. If you’re not up to drinking and eating whole day - it’s convenient option. You can buy meals (buffet restaurant) at the hotels front desk. Hotel has entertainment team which is great and you can watch night shows. There are restaurants and gift shops in the nearby mall and on the beach next to the hotel’s. Beach is wide, there are enough chairs, seaweed is being removed almost every day. Golf course has a pedestrian way around it which is nice to walk. Safe area."

"Casa Colonial is a beautiful, clean resort set in a botanical garden on the beach. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I can't imagine a more relaxing, enjoyable place to stay!"
