"Basic, budget-friendly downtown Vancouver hotel with a warm, eager-to-please staff that is the best part of the hotel. Appealing amenities (umbrellas, free use of bicycles, coffee/tea/water in the rooms), convenient to plenty of restaurants, & nice bed linens & pillows. Chosen decor artwork attempts to be humorous but isn't, & the very small elevator is slow but a help when transporting lots of luggage to upper floors."

"What a gem of a property! My husband and I did a staycation here and had a lovely room overlooking the pool and ocean. It was magical. The pool is the best outdoor pool in the Lower Mainland. The views are spectacular and the location is second to none. Can’t wait to return 💓"
