"I enjoyed my stay at the Kimball Terrace inn. The staff in the lobby/gift shop (open 24 hours) were kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was beautiful and looked clean, but I didn't get a chance to use it. I enjoyed the onsite restaurant/ lobster pound also. Walking distance to quaint shopping district and right across from a pier. During the season, it is on the free shuttle route (I was there a week before the shuttle started, so I couldn't take advantage, but I had a rental car anyway). Older place with old fashioned keys and older decor, but VERY well kept. It was accessible with an elevator. I would definitely stay there again if I am visiting the area."

"The location is beautiful, right by the ocean, and very convenient for visiting Acadia National Park and downtown Bar Harbor. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide a little more information about the resort amenities and local shuttle service during check-in, as this would help first-time visitors make the most of their stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again."

"Absolutely beautiful property! Lovely view of the ocean, places to sit and relax and a nice pool! The room was cozy, comfortable, and clean! We would definitely stay here again and stay for a longer period of time. Love the decor as well!"
