"This resort is my all time favorite in NV. The room was large, quiet and clean. The service was top notch, I highly recommend going VIP-you get a beautiful coffee/tea/cookie bar and faster room service. We went to each of the restaurants-all of them excellent with friendly staff. We highly appreciated the outdoor locations with misters. Every establishment has a "social hour" offering a large selection of food and drinks half off. I am docking two stars- only the main pool was open and it was maybe 70 degrees-it was TOO cold for anyone to use which was HIGHLY disappointing considering it was 100 degrees outside. I am docking a second star due to requesting, well in advance, along with a reminder, a fridge for our room and it was never delivered."

"It was clean and quiet. Had a nice place to eat if you didn't feel like driving. I was surprised there were no elevators. I am 76 years old and it was very difficult to climb the stairs to the second floor. I will ask for a bottom floor room next time I make a reservation. All in all, it was a very good stay."

"The room was very spacious and was equipped with a hidden refrigerator in a nice cabinet. The room also had a coffee machine. Nice. The room where situated around a courtyard that was so well maintained. Waking up in the morning opening the drapes and look out over the greenery was so soothing. We were so impressed we will definitely come back again. Oh almost forgot about the restaurant the food was very good and very large portions. Thank you for a memorable stay."
