"I appreciated the great bed mattress, soft, supportive desk chair, the ability to control the room temperature and the fan speed, the deep sink in the bathroom (great for washing items), the bright lighting, and the free coffee and tea. Plus you can print up to ten pages - a great perk! It's also in a great location near multiple forms of public transportation and various restaurants. "

"Spotless room, nice late checkout (noon) and super helpful staff. Also, the proximity to Harvard Kennedy School was a big plus in the fierce winter weather. Polite and helpful doormen and easy access to taxis for the (nearby) airport. Couldn't wish for more."
