"Place is disgusting .. smells before you open the door.. you can tell people live here and pay weekly, they make it clear they have priority because they live there .. air conditioning doesn’t work.. blows cool air but the curtains are so long the air gets trapped in the window and does not cool the room off.. took one look around, kids and I left.. was told I couldn’t get a refund, yall can keep it.. id rather sleep in my car, than in any room in this establishment: "
"This property is well maintained and so peaceful. It is a wonderful place to unplug and just enjoy each other. The room is very clean, and the bed is very comfortable."

"Love love love this hotel. This was our second time staying here, and they've had some major updates since our last stay. Beautiful facelift they've gotten (though I think it was great before all the remodeling as well). I loved the addition of the wine bar they added and the patio with fireplaces is a great touch. We stay here so that we can have a quick easy drive to Shelton Vinyards...a must go if you're staying at the hotel. Great wine, beautiful vineyard, amazing restaurant. Though I will say, if you are traveling with kids and can't make the vineyard trip, you can also do wine tastings at the hotel as well as purchase all of the same wine from the vineyard right there in the lobby. "Our first stay at Primland Resort was beautiful, peaceful, and fun. Our second honeymoon after 20 years was better than our first. The Service was wonderful, the food, impeccable, we had privacy, yet met many wonderful people. We will be back!"
