"Out stay was wonderful. Room and property were immaculate. Even under renovations the staff made every effort to meet our needs. Breakfast was good with ample food variety. Close to all the sights for the festival. (Mayberry)"

"Location was great for the Wake Forest graduation weekend. They decorated it nicely and welcomed family members in. The room was another story. There was a dirty towel behind the toilet in the bathroom and when we went to shower in the morning the “clean” towel had someone else’s hair in it. When we asked for clean towels the front desk told us “later”. Also, for what we paid we generally get a couple of bottles of water in the room when we arrive at other hotels. The had things for sale in the lobby but it’s not the same as having the convenience of them being in the room. We also asked for cleaning after the first night because the place didn’t really seem like it was cleaned well before we checked in but they told us they only clean every other day. Best Western is across the street. I’ll be going there next time."

"The picture they advertise is not the picture of the property whereyou stay.The water did not go down the drain and the toilet kept overflowing. The ambulance came out because the occupants in the hotel kept fighting."

"The room was clean. They did forget to get a towel from where they defrosted the freezer but they came back and got it."
