Dead cockroaches on the floors. Not one staff person on the property at any time. We had to retrieve our own keys from behind the lobby desk. Worst hotel I have ever seen!!

The room was clean and did not smell which is a positive. There was minor cosmetic maintenance that needed to be done in the bathroom but other than that it was a good experience. Never saw anyone face to face but we did speak with the owner via phone when we checked in. I have never checked in this way but it was efficient.

The room was clean, bathroom was clean and stocked with towels for us. All was as expected. Just needed a place to sleep and shower, bed was comfy and shower was hot. Had no interest in paying more than double at a 'fancier' hotel in another town. It's on the highway, so some road noise but we've had that at more expensive places too. Overall, happy with our stay.

Very very bad hotel. You need to know that this is not a “very good” hotel. We booked it from the road within a hour of arriving. Place looks sketchy, dimly lit, no one manning the office just a sign with a phone number to call. The man on the phone told me to reach over the desk and sort through a stack of key cards for my room (not a secure way to run a safe hospitality business) and call back if I have any questions. The room I booked was supposed to be a king room. It was 2 queens. It was filthy, stained linen and towels, unknown splatters on walls. Multiple large spills on dirty carpet. I immediately called him back texted pictures to him and said this was unacceptable. He said he was sorry and we didn’t have to stay if we didn’t want to. He just gave excuses and denied anyone else had complained. We left and called Expedia and they did credit the full amount back. Thanks Expedia! I hope they check into this further.

No one at the front desk! Kid gave me one key . When I came back down to get cups no one was around and I waited called out and waited. I saw a lot of room keys laying there on the counter and another for my room picked it up. No coffee cups in the room! None available in the office. They had a number to call 🙄 No coffee or anything else in the hospitality the next morning. TV was messed up on connection and could not watch it at all! No I would not stay there again!

Worst hotel ever!

This was the worst hotel experience ever. Stay away from this hotel. Roach infested mold smelling room!
Roach floating in toilet, room had overwhelming mildew smell.

No longer has any coffee or breakfast. Yo arrive & all room key cards are rubberbanded & on the counter. You have to make a call to a number & they tokd us which rooms were ours...go ahead, take the key card! Stayed 4 nights, no extra towels or coffee for room....no room service..cannot make calls while in the building...requested 2 rooms ground level months ago..we are 70. Got one room on 2nd floor, no elevator..stairs only. Service was non existant, I refuse to call 50 times!

This little hotel has such a lovely family-owned charm, which we really appreciate. With just a few small updates—like refreshing the carpet, linens, and pillows, and adding a touch more attention to bathroom detail—it could feel truly wonderful. It’s a nice property in a sweet small town, and with those little improvements, it has the potential to be truly great.

The 2 staffers were friendly, inn clean, yet very dated, lack of lighting in the room, breakfast was not much, coffee was not hot, no one was there to make more. Also breakfast was taken down before time because lack of interest from customers.

Attended a motorcycle Rally in a nearby city, it was a 30 minute ride each way to the event. Stayed at this hotel four days, the staff was excellent and the stay was comfortable for an event. I would recommend.
