Staff was very professional, food was delicious, spa facilities were amazing, plenty of parking around. "Room spotless, exactly as described, brilliant views, old town magnificent. Only reason not 5 star is anxiety caused by lack of promised email re access codes. I had to chase up 2 hours before check in which i didnt need, girl on phone seemed very stressed. I was very stressed i might not have access. Lublin well worth a visit."
