"Trulli typique superbe emplacement fait pour visiter car pas de terrasse ou balcon extérieur. Tout est très propre et les hôtes conviviaux et communication très rapide. Très près de tout pour visiter les restaurants et terrasses à proximité. Stationnement sur la rue, et étroitesse des rues environnantes. Je recommande fortement pour un couple ou 2 pers. "We loved our room which was in a cave like setting. We used the spa and each had a massage treatment which was very good."

"The room was lovely and really well kept. Daily cleaning was excellent. The pools were lovely, the lifeguards were very whistle happy thought! The thing I really need to flag is the lower/upper inclusive plans. We were lower (although don't recall deciding this when booking) which meant we didn't get a reserved table for dinner. We were just sat outside in unreserved tables, which was ok when there was an available table for us... Sometimes there would be and if we were lucky it would be cleaned and if we were lucky broken glass would be cleaned up. When it came to meals, lower inclusive were basically not cared about."

"The hotel is exceptionally beautiful, and the staff is highly commendable. We thoroughly enjoyed having Luca as our concierge. He demonstrated remarkable helpfulness, patience, and attentiveness. It is worth mentioning that we provided gratuity to our staff throughout our stay. Borga added a gratuity to our bill, which we were able to decline, but it was still included."

"It is wonderful property stay, right into the core of Matera's "Sassi", the classical and traditional drwelling quarter. It is super conveniently located in the heart of attractions. The room even has a two underground water containing structures, one in the living area and one in the bathroom. The design of the room perfectly incorporated the tradition in the area while providing all the modern convenience with style. Highly recommend."
