"This very large hotel complex had everything one might need for a terrific family holiday. Room was large with a balcony that overlooked part of the beach and all of the pools. There were water slides, a lazy river, adult only warm pool, and a family cold pool. The beach was wide with access to one lounge chair and umbrella. The beach is crushed coral with larger, rough pieces in the water. A Japanese bath is available. The restaurant had a huge assortment of local foods with a small assortment of American foods. They cater to families so provide child size plates, cutlery, bibs, baby food (on request), and high chairs. Local entertainment was available on the weekend. Resort was clean, staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, rooms were pretty quiet. "

"This is the best hotel in the world! The staff go above and beyond! Everyone is so kind ! The property is spotless and pictures don’t do it justice for how beautiful it is!!! Major shout out to Miho at aomi the Japanese restaurant she made my 30th birthday so memorable ! And went above and beyond! Also enjoyed sunset bar with Axel and the elder gentleman and young woman with short hair who always has such a bright smile on her face! Also Amy from the spa was sooo kind! Last the pool guy at the upstairs sunset pool was incredible as well! This is the first property that was 100/10 for me and made me realize 5 star hotels shouldn’t be called 5 star. Miss you guys and can’t wait to come back- Yolene O."

"The breakfast had many options for breakfast to suit different nationalities tastes and preferences. It was nice to see that there were choices for low carb and high protein breakfast as well. The juice and coffee were excellent. "

"The swimming pool and beach facilities were excellent and well-maintained. However, it was slightly disappointing that there wasn't much marine life to see while snorkeling. On a positive note, the staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. I particularly found the 'eco-friendly' voucher system—which rewards guests with on-site credits for opting out of daily room cleaning—to be both practical and thoughtful."

"There is no staff at this location which is fine. The size of the room are great and the bed is comfy however the design layout isn’t practical and some area could use more cleaning. Very quiet though and close to everything. Would come again and use."
