"Old place and very hard to find. We found directions when google reccomended 'places nearby' somehow the directions on Expedia kept sending us to the wrong place. Its quite close to Pizza in the Sky so we kept using that as our GPS reference point. The host was very nice lady and the view from the patio is incredible. Again very old and a little dusty but so charming. Just dont expect to be able to walk to konbini after dark. Nothing close by you will need rental car for sure."

"A lovely beach front location, hotel is a little tired in places and could do with a freshen up. Staff are very polite and friendly despite English not being spoken. Several restaurants to choose from but none for snacks and so expensive. There is no bar but they do offer evening drinks after 9pm following a restaurant closure. A few local alternative eateries are in walking distance but not many."

I was especially impressed by one of your staff members, who provided truly excellent, highly professional service filled with wholehearted kindness. Thank you for making our trip so special. "Amazing hotel- the staff were all lovely and so kind! The breakfast buffet was excellent! The rooms were so spacious and clean. They provided all the lovely bathroom products - bath salts, toothbrushes etc. they also gave us fresh pajamas every night which were lovely!! I would just say that while we were there 2 of the pools were closed which was super disappointing as one of the reasons we booked here is because they had not listed any pool closures. As well, the only other adult pool was always full and it might have been nice to open up the day beds for free to provide additional seating at the adult pool. The pool staff were super polite and accommodating when seating became available and even came to find us at the general pool when a spot became available. Beach and swimming area was great and well attended by staff. Overall lovely experience! I would not hesitate to stay here again!"

"A super-clean, spacious, thoughtfully-designed suite with a small kitchen & a washing machine inside each room. The hotel is located next to American Village, but the room was quiet. Breakfast buffet included made-to-order omelet station, and the restaurant offers very delicious dinner. The rooftop infinity pool is beautiful, but it costs extra 2,000 yen, so we didn't use it."

"This hotel was in a really prime location if you are planning on visiting the aquarium & ocean park. Check-in and parking was really easy! The bathroom and kitchen was spotless, however the actual furniture in the room could use an update. For the price you pay though, it gets the job done!"
