Excellent, polite, helpful staff--even called a doctor for me when I became very ill at night. Delicious extensive breakfast buffet spread. Super convenient--metro Sevilla, short walk to Puerta del Sol. In the middle of everything in Madrid--I will return again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Brach Madrid, and I can confidently say it’s one of the most exceptional hotels I’ve ever experienced. Nestled right on the iconic Gran Vía, this hotel truly feels like a hidden jewel in the heart of Madrid. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure every need and request was met with a smile. The employees here are nothing short of fantastic — professional, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making your stay memorable. The hotel itself is magnificent — beautifully appointed rooms, a charming annex, and a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere. The level of service and comfort exceeded my expectations at every turn. It’s clear that Brach Madrid prides itself on excellence and guest satisfaction. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this one stands out as truly exemplary. I sincerely hope they continue to maintain their high standards, as they have set a new benchmark for hospitality in Madrid.

Wonderful hotel in the city center. Everything is around, food. Shopping, sight seeing and so much more.

I booked this hotel after our arrival to Madrid and the main reason was the review I read here. I noticed a consensus with how great services is at this hotel. Those reviews were right. The service staff at this hotel is spectacular. The security folks, receptionists, pool lifeguard, rooftop bartenders. Awesome! I also read that reviews stating that they should play music at the rooftop and I agree with that as well. I will return to this hotel.

One of the best experiences we've had in Madrid. The staff was very nice (particularly Yana, who went out of her way to make sure our family was comfortable). Nice size rooms if you get a 1 bedroom, with plenty of space and amenities. Food was excellent at the Red Level lounge. Would definitely go back again.
