THERMAS, HOTEL SEM QUALIDADE, SÓ TEM NOME

Todo problema começou antes da minha chegada onde foi alegado que não estava pago. O quarto que me colocaram tinha CHEIRO DE FOSSA, tive que reclamar muito para que trocassem fiquem das 21:20 até quase 00:00 esperando. Alguns funcionários despreparados para lidar com o cliente. Para encerrar, hoje 11/04, disseram que estavam com problema para emitir a nota fiscal e ainda não recebi.

CUIDADO com dias de alta demanda.

O hotel é muito bom, mas o check-in foi uma experiência terrível. Não tinha quarto disponível às 14h e tive que passar horas em pé na fila para conseguir um quarto, mesmo tenho chegado ao hotel às 11h50. Só peguei meu quarto às 16h30, o que comprometeu muito a minha curta estadia no hotel. Acredito que o hotel estava muito cheio, mas tinha pessoas fazendo Late Check-out às 16h. Não deveria ter sido autorizado, já que estava faltando quarto para as pessoas que chegavam.

Não consegui um quarto no térreo para um idoso de 84 anos com dificuldades de mobilidade. Teve que subir e baixar escadas. O restaurante tem poucas opções para quem quer uma refeição leve no final da noite

Nossa estadia no hotel foi razoável, sem grandes problemas, mas também sem grandes destaques. O custo-benefício foi aceitável, considerando o valor pago e o que foi entregue. Um ponto que nos desagradou foi a questão da localização do quarto. Viajamos com duas crianças e, no momento da reserva, solicitamos um quarto no andar térreo para facilitar o deslocamento. No entanto, fomos acomodados em um andar superior e bastante distante da recepção, o que tornou a estadia menos prática do que esperávamos. No geral, as instalações estavam em boas condições, e os serviços oferecidos atenderam ao básico. O atendimento foi cordial, mas poderia ter sido mais atento às solicitações feitas na reserva. Se você busca uma opção sem surpresas, pode ser uma escolha viável, mas talvez valha a pena reforçar pedidos específicos com antecedência para evitar contratempos.
