"For the RABAT MARRIOTT HOTEL - Sun. Feb 1 to Tue Feb. 3, 2026: The room was clean with an excellent shower and comfortable beds. The breakfast offered a good variety of offerings (the breads and pastries are especially a standout). A valued, convenient feature is the mall which is just next door. It has a food court with options for a casual meal, a supermarket, and many specialty stores. The staff throughout the hotel was friendly, helpful, and with a "can-do" attitude. Oumania, a front-desk staffer, went above and beyond in helping us out and deserves special mentioning. All in all, a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay there again."

"A beautiful place in a lovely area, conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the tram stop and about a 10-minute walk to the train station. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. "PART 1 First of all, I don't write BAD reviews because I am also a businessman and I want to give every business a chance to grow especially in these harsh business conditions. Secondly, I am so angry, seething and incensed that I am writing this review immediately after the incident with the manager whilst I am still currently staying here. Today is Saturday 15/11/2025 and I am still currently at the hotel and I am due to depart on 17/11/2025. I have reported the fridge in my room as faulty three times, their technicians have attended two times and their excuse is that the card controlling the electricity supply to the room was not connected and hence the reason the fridge was not working for lack of constant electricity supply. They have eventually changed the fridge this morning (Saturday 15/11/2025) and the electricity to the room has been constantly on for the last 7.5 hours an the fridge is not working. I have again complained to the manager of the hotel and he himself came to inspect the fridge and he then asserted that the fridge was working and I disagreed with him because I know a working fridge and he cannot hoodwink me. The conduct o the manager that visited my room was NOT good either and he was very bullish and disrespectful in the manner he told me that the fridge was working. I am a landlord and I have over 60 fridge freezers and I know the temperature of a perfectly working fridge after 30 minutes let alone 7.5 hours. "
