"We needed to stay close and other safari lodge we booked and Panama was as the perfect place. The staff were so hospitable and pleasant. They were the start of my amazing time in Tanzania. Shamsa was an angel & so were the team. The restaurant stayed open later just for us to eat when we arrived. The food was great. The driver was nice and helpful. The kitchen staff were so pleasant. Everything was clean and tidy. It was a 10/10 in everything."

"This hotel was such a welcome respite after my travels. The grounds are expansive, lush, beautifully maintained, and incredibly peaceful. The pool is gorgeous, and one of the highlights of my stay was seeing Mount Kilimanjaro from the porch of my room in the afternoon.
What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the people. Every staff member I encountered was genuinely kind, welcoming, and eager to help. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.

"We arrived for a late check in and staff was there to greet us. That was a very nice touch. Staff were excellent. Room was clean and amenities adequate. We were given a room with the view of Kilimanjaro which was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Had a very nice room but the big thing about this place is the people. The staff is really excellent all of them. Daudi, Latifa and Mary makes your stay hassle free and can help you with whatever you need. Highly recommended. "

"I was very impressed with the hotel, the staff and the food. My room was as spotless and tastefully decorated as the rest of the hotel. I felt safe and warmly welcomed by the entire staff. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay again on my future work trips to Moshi. "

"What a hidden gem. Our team of seven booked 3 rooms before the Kilimanjaro hike. The staff is very friendly and the place feels like home. I highly recommend this place."

"This is probably the nicest hotel in central Moshi for Europeans on their first trip to the region. You have to remember that this is Africa and things don't always work but on balance this is a good safe place to stay. Once lesson for us was we were pretty much the only Europeans in the town, trekkers and safari people tend to stay outside, so be prepared, this is a busy African town not a tourist place"

"Very nice place to stay while exploring the Kilimanjaro area. Staff is super friendly and the pool is wonderful! Cottages are basic, but clean and food is good! Really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone who want to be close to Kilimanjaro! "

The hotel has a large restaurant with an extensive menu, as well as several comfortable spaces where I could enjoy a coffee, relax with a book, catch up on some work, or simply unwind.
I only wish I could have stayed longer. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful place to stay with outstanding service, I highly recommend this hotel."
"A Wonderful Stay at Panama Garden Resort, Moshi
The staff at Panama Garden Resort truly made our stay a memorable. Joseph, our driver, was fantastic and made getting around effortless. The guest relations team went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of, and the receptionist was warm and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The restaurant staff were also excellent, providing great service throughout our stay.
Overall, it was a great experience thanks to such a wonderful team."
"This is a fascinating property that was a pleasure to be in. Muksin and Catherine were great host. The room was excellent. There are some limitations if you have difficulty walking because of the nature of the steps. If you are fully mobile, it will be a wonderful experience."
"we stayed here because we were participating in the Kili marathon. the hotel was extremely conveniently located, less than 5 mins walk from the stadium.
Paschal in particular was so helpful, communicating with me in advance of our arrival to make sure we had everything we need.
the one problem we had was that dinner was quite slow, this was because they were busy due to the marathon the next day. Paschal and his team were very apologetic about it and offered us complimentary drinks. we declined but he did also arrange for us to have a later check out after the marathon at no extra cost.
we will definitely stay at B&B Hotel next time we are running the Kilimanjaro Marathon! Thanks so much to Paschal and all the team!"
