Shamsa was an angel & so were the team. The restaurant stayed open later just for us to eat when we arrived. The food was great. The driver was nice and helpful. The kitchen staff were so pleasant. "This is probably the nicest hotel in central Moshi for Europeans on their first trip to the region. You have to remember that this is Africa and things don't always work but on balance this is a good safe place to stay. Once lesson for us was we were pretty much the only Europeans in the town, trekkers and safari people tend to stay outside, so be prepared, this is a busy African town not a tourist place"
