"Excellent hotel for skiing at this lovely resort. Food and drink options were great and staff were very positive and helpful. Slight niggles such as constantly running out of basics at meal times (plates/bowls/tea bags/hot water) which was a bit annoying when you rushing to get to lessons. Great location though and very good value for money-would definitely return to this hotel and resort"

"Lovely apartment hotel, set away from Main Street which is very busy and could be noisy. Staff were very helpful, medical centre and ski hire also very easy to access. Stayed in Sveta block and skied straight from boot room. 5min walk to restaurants & grocers. Bonus Spa for down days."

"Pros - large living room , large balcony, relatively comfortable beds , close to the high street via the stairs and easy to reach the ski school via skis . Great for self catering Cons - very small bedroom ( no enough space around the bed) , reception was closed had to go the hotel next door , a bit worn out , door stopper on the floor in the bathroom too close to the toilet - causing injuries . "The chalet was in a good central location The girls laid out a great selection for breakfast and cooked us a nice breakfast every morning with 3 different ones each day . Very nice They could not be more helpful Not cheap accomodation and could do with having a small outdoor area to sit with a drink etc throughout the day and rooms are due an upgrade "
