"This was the best hotel during our journey through Germany and Austria. Checks all the boxes for excellence. The room is large and very convenient with all the amenities. Views of the Rhein Gorge from the large windows are really spectacular. Their breakfast also has plenty to choose from. Their staff at the front desk and the dining area are nice and very helpful with smiles. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend."

"Everything was excellent! We had a horrible experience at a different hotel the previous night and messaged the staff at this hotel for a possible early check in. They responded and were able to get us our hotel room, Schneewittchen, as soon as we arrived! They were excellent! "Great location, felt like we were in the heart of the activities of the town. Clean rooms, well appointed. Self check in feature adds convenience since hotel is not really staffed after 6pm. Cons- WiFi did not work the entire stay. Staff could not fix and nothing really was done to compensate for this issue. Elevator was down for most part of the stay. 5 floor hotel with plenty of steps. "
