"The supervisor checking guests in was very overwhelmed due to being the only staff member working. There were atleast 30 people deep. I understand being overwhelmed but he could have embraced it a little more instead of being in a foul mood"

"I had a great stay at Wyndham. Everything was pretty good. I would like to mention something here that was not good at all. I was offered an upgrade for $15 per night for the King suite. I accepted. The king suite didn't have curtains over the big window so we had lots of light in the room in the suite from the street below. I really need a dark room to get a good night's sleep. I feel like the upgrade you offered me was of zero value."
