"Rating: 2/5 – Beautiful Beach, Disappointing Experience Overall This was, unfortunately, one of the more disappointing stays we’ve had. To start with the positive, the beach itself is absolutely beautiful and is easily the highlight of the property. The entertainment team was also a bright spot-they were engaging and did a great job, especially for families. However, beyond that, the experience fell well below expectations. Service overall felt unfriendly and not guest-oriented. While there were a few exceptions, many interactions came across as dismissive rather than helpful. For example, when we asked a simple question about dinner timing to plan around our young children, the response was surprisingly rude. The dining experience was also underwhelming. Food options were very repetitive, and there did not appear to be much effort to accommodate individual needs. Additionally, there were only two restaurants on site, which made the limited and repetitive menu even more noticeable over the course of the stay. Although the beach is stunning, it was disappointing that guests had to pay extra for beach beds rather than having them included. Small details like this added up and took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. Another inconvenience was the lack of transportation options—there was no readily available or reliable car service to help guests get around, which made things more difficult than expected. "Apart from a bit of an inconvenience on the first of the six nights we spent there, which was the noise from the generators turned on in the morning due to a power outage, I rate the stay as very enjoyable. Friendly staff, adequate room standard, cleanliness, quality and choice of food (all-inclusive offer), entertainment—everything met our expectations. "

"The cleaners did a good job. The waiting on staff were generally terrible (complaint had to be put in for one of them) and the entertainment was very poor. Add in the fact a very dated and sexist policy that meant to enjoy an evening meal at the hotel all men had to wear trousers and you can see why the low stars for the review. "

"Very clean rooms Food where good - But much the same. But they can not make drinks in the bar. It is a self catering All inclusive Hotel. So there are lack of service according to other hotel. Empty beer glass everywhere. But all in all good hotel and vacation "

"We have visited this hotel a few times. It is centrally located with great access to the main strip and buses to connect with other parts of the island. We have hired cars on some occasions but parking can be a bit of an issue - especially on market day when part of the main carpark is taken over by the market. There is a lovely, wide, white sandy beach just across the road and it is possible to walk to the ‘old town’ either along the beach itself or via the coastal footpath which overlooks the beach. We usually like to stay on the 6th floor but the lower rooms had been totally refurbished on our most recent visit - so we opted for the refurbished apartment and lost the sea view (we were quite happy with our choice but the room was a little noisy as it faced a night club in the shopping centre opposite). Also the pool area and sunbathing areas were much improved and extremely comfy this visit - our only complaint is the inconsistency with the pool heat - great when the heating was on but it was often left unheated for long periods during our stay - there was just no consistency. The staff are all welcoming and efficient, helpful & friendly and did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Thank you all - we hope to return soon."

"Nice hotel, very spacious rooms, comfy beds and bedding, decent food, very good animation team, nice pools. You'll need a car though to get to the beach and shops or be prepared to get taxis although I think there is a shuttle bus but not sure how often in runs."
