Lugar excelente para ficar. Muito tranquilo e calmo. Possui boas instalações e um excelente café da manhã, bem variado. Já quanto aos pontos a melhorar destaco a limpeza do quarto, que estava com um pouco de cheiro de mofo e ao ar-condicionado, que estava vazando água dentro do quarto. Nada disso, no entanto, estraga a ótima experiência no lugar.

A minha experiência inicialmente foi boa, a pousada é bonita, bastante natureza, pé na areia, boa estrutura de restaurante, área de piscina e de descanso (área externa). Fui bem atendida no restaurante, comida boa, café da manhã ok. Uma pousada mais retirada para quem quer descanso, contato com a natureza, aproveitar a estrutura oferecida e a praia linda que tem em frente. *Gostaria muito de fazer uma avaliação nota 5, mais alguns quesitos me fizeram dar quase uma nota 0* 1 - Viajei sozinha e fiquei em um quarto na 4 praia, que é mais retirado (fica a 500m da recepção). No segundo dia ocorreu uma situação muito chata e constrangedora que atrapalhou toda a minha experiência de estar em um lugar para descansar e relaxar. Um hóspede de outro quarto apareceu na minha porta, pedindo para entrar (por volta das 23h). Pois segundo ele, passei por ele quando retornada ao quarto (perto da recepção) e que teria “rolado alguma coisa entre nós”. Sendo que em momento algum conversei com essa pessoa no hotel. Me senti totalmente insegura, pois meu quarto era bastante retirado, estava sozinha, não tem portões na pousada (pois é beira mar). Fiz contato com a recepção e nada foi feito, além de me passarem os dados e o quarto onde o sujeito estava hospedado, com a esposa e o filho. Também me falaram que um segurança iria fazer uma ronda próximo do meu quarto. Detalhe que ele sabia o número do meu apartamento, que é uma informação privada dos clientes. Don't stay at the Caeira inn/farm/ it's a scam

Hello. I am in a terrible state. This Fazenda Caeira Inn, which used to be very good, is now a lie. I have known the place for 30 years. Today it is a fraud. I request the immediate de-accreditation of Fazenda Caeira/Pousada Caeira from all platforms of the Hotels/Expedia group. IMMEDIATELY. Today I am talking to the CEOs of the other tourism platforms to do the same. ALL OF THEM. I also request a full refund of the amount paid. I will repeat. I request a FULL REFUND of the amount paid. They offer one thing and deliver another. The toilet in the room was broken, the pool bar was not working, there were no towels for the pool, the outside areas are dirty, there is a dog in the restaurant (a serious public health problem), the place is noisy and crowded (it looks like a vacation club, they just didn't invite the guests) and they practice Day Use and this is not informed at the time of booking or on the establishment's official website. Worse still, the best locations are reserved for day use and guests are placed at the back with no shade. I have had skin cancer twice and didn't have a single shade to stay in. It's outrageous! In short, it's a horror show. Fazenda Caeira thinks it's a 5-star hotel and charges like a 5-star hotel, but they lost their stars at sea... In tourism, if you want to charge a lot, you need to deliver perfect service. I'm currently staying at the hotel, but I'm trying to transfer to the hotel next door (Vila dos Corais). At the moment, I'm also studying

Fiquei hospedado na quarta praia e achei a localização muito boa. Na minha opinião a praia na frente do nosso quarto era melhor que a terceira praia (na frente da piscina). O quarto que nós ficamos também era muito espaçoso e confortável. O único ponto do quarto que eu melhoraria é o chuveiro, acho que da pra ter mais pressão e a água ser mais quente.

Ótima experiência.

A àrea da pousada é ampla e linda! Quarto confortável, boa localização, café da manhã gostoso e variado. O único ponto a melhorar é a falta de iluminação no caminho até a segunda praia. Quando anoitece e a maré sobe só fica uma trilha pra passar e é extremamente escuro. Só dá pra passar com o auxílio da lanterna do celular.

Péssimo atendimento da recepção!

A pousada Caeira é incrível em toda estrutura externa e nos quartos. Como contribuição para melhorar a experiência dos clientes, a pousada precisa investir melhor na capacitação da recepcionista (para facilitar a identificação: atende loira). No dia 02/05 fiz o check-in e notei uma falta de simpatia e falta de interesse em passar informações pertinentes aos hóspedes. No dia seguinte foi realizado o check-out e novamente houve um atendimento de baixa qualidade e com o desconforto de consumo: o frigobar só tinha 2 cervejas, 2 refrigerantes, 1 água com gás e 1 água sem gás. Foi consumido apenas 1 água sem gás e a atendente totalmente hostil insinuando que eu estava sendo desonesta. Para contornar o desconforto, tinha uma atendente sentada atrás (cabelo cacheado) que foi totalmente simpática, acessível e interessada em apurar a situação. Nitidamente houve uma falha da camareira responsável pela organização do quarto que não fez a reposição da quantidade correta. A situação foi contornada por essa atendente de cabelos cacheados que foi totalmente simpática, imparcial e com habilidade de atendimento ao cliente. Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação com essa recepcionista que nitidamente não está preparada para atendimentos e diverge do padrão do hotel.

Pros: The location it's nice and quiet. Friendly staff. Quality of Food. Cleanliness Cons: The Wifi quality it's horrible, one of the worst I experienced. The Towels were pretty old and hard. Rooms need to be updated. Lack of transport to and from the town center.
