"The breakfast was decent, and the staff at the front desk was great. I really liked how there was no carpet in the rooms, they just need to vacuum/sweep more thoroughly. Make sure you double check the lock to the adjoining room, because mine didn’t actually lock the whole way so I had to switch rooms. Overall, the rooms were good for the price."

"The biggest complaint I have was the fact there are no elevators. We had a room on the second floor and had to drag our large suitcases up and down a flight of stairs (it was me and my daughter staying). That is dangerous for older people. The guy at the front desk offered to carry the suitcase up the stairs for us after we asked if there was an elevator. Only other complaint was the hair dryer in the room didn’t work."

"We have family that live near there so we always stay at the Best Western Premier. It’s a nice place to stay, but I was disappointed that they gouge the parents who are paying for their students college education education, and charged us $300 a night when they normally charge us a little over 100."

"Arrived at 5 rooms were not ready, took forever to let us know 2nd room plumbing was broke their dryer broke so they had no bedding, 2nd room was not given to us till the evening because the receptionist was the only employee of the hotel, we had to help with making the beds on the 2nd room so we could have the room not enough towels in the rooms no dishes in the kitchen. Trash an outside was overflowing. Everything was booked around town. Horrible experience."
