The beach was perfect and the infinity pool was fantastic. The road leading to the property was rough and water ponding were everywhere. The food was generally fine.

Location, when you actually get there is Prime. The room actually booked was a Shoebox, wouldn’t rate 10 m3 let alone 30 sq metres. The is also a conflict regards room size between your web site and theirs. Huge flight of stairs to get to this room and you had been informed I was an amputee. I also thought twin meant x2 the bed was merely single. Now for the upgrade they required it to be 7200 pesos per day for a more accessible room which it was alas that is where it ends. For this no fridge, no Tea / Coffee making facility and worst off all no readily available Drinking Water, unbelievable. You pay far less in the Manilla Diamond for some of the best service in the world. Then the food, minimum choice, meagre servings particularly breakfast, to be fair a couple of the dishes were not bad. Then the bill someone had decided another 5000 odd pesos would be good for accomodation ???? duplicated food charges and they could not produce a printed invoice / receipt for any of it. Oh and the PP 2000 deposit for food had to be in cash, they insisted for some time. Then a PP 2500 Ute ride to Subic to get out of the place. It only cost PP 4000 for a taxi to get there from Manilla. Facility and location apart the place was a total disappointment, Basil Fawlty must have been lurking in the background.

The road going into the resort was not develop yet..its rocky and muddy,waze keep on directing us to a wrong road. When we reach there was no chef and we have to wait for him to have our order cooked. Our room basin was clogged and the staff says no plumber. So its a nightmare to brush teeth, wash hands etc using shower. Theres no complimentray bottle water in the room and the staff offers water in the restaurant but we have to go down and take from dispenser..a nice gentlemen offers to bring a dispenser in some rundown bar I have baby that needs to drink formula using warm water and theres no water heater. The pool has too strong chlorine smell not kids friendly. Was told that staff will all leave at 10pm..we feel so unsafe and no one to call in case we needed something. The pillows are all smelly there was no blanket and just a thin cover sheet..cannot even get us warm. Its a nice place but nost of the things are rusty and spoiled. The website shows a billiard or kids playground but theres none. No places to do go,no interesting restaurants nearby.Won't be recommending or coming back. The staff are friendly and nice. Thats all.
